Revised and Search Extended: Responsible to the Associate Dean for Academic Affairs and Assessment for the leadership, management, and operation of the Bill Gatton College of Pharmacy assessment program. This position ensures the comprehensive evaluation plan is clear, mission driven, and helps to make us a better organization. This position uses strong statistical analyses of data to create fresh ideas that inform our strategic decisions.
Ensures data exist to support our continued accredited status.
Collaborates with college leadership to maintain a comprehensive evaluation plan to support continuous quality improvement, accreditation, and institutional excellence.
Manages, executes, and administers all aspects of the evaluation plan including data analysis, interpretation, and reporting.
Manages the collection, analysis, and reporting of data that can inform college planning on all aspects of pharmacy operations.
Facilitates opportunities for college-level institutional excellence.
Creates and delivers presentations to college stakeholders.
Manages the administration and maintenance of electronic teaching evaluations.
Assists the associate dean and college leadership in writing, coordinating, organizing, and formatting programmatic reports for accrediting bodies.
Facilitates the optimization of electronic portfolios (ie, D2L) and ExamSoft to identify and manage the assessment of learning.
Provides creative leadership and faculty and staff development on current academic trends and policies related to curricular and programmatic assessment.
Serves as an ex-officio member of the Assessment Committee.
